In serving clients testing, certification, decontamination and maintenance needs, MSS offers service contracts tailored to the specific customer, because we understand that each customer needs and requirements are unique and one-size-fits-all approaches would never help their business achieve its goals. Detailed customer equipment data is centrally maintained and readily accessed in our customer database management system, which is now available via a secure web portal via our proprietary customer equipment database system. MSS is committed to quality in all facets of company operations. Under the direction of Senior Management, MSS maintains a Quality Assurance Program System for all company operations based on ISO guidelines. Key quality system components include but are not limited to:

As a provider of controlled environment and cleanroom testing & certification services, MSS invests heavily in field technician training. MSS technicians undergo extensive internal and external training on industry standards, recommended practices, application guides and test procedures as established by NSF, ISO, NEBB, CETA and IEST, in addition to MSS's own company Standard Operating Procedures, all culminating in technician accreditation.

Our MSS technicians are extensively trained in testing, repair, electrical troubleshooting and decontamination services. Technical training also includes extensive GMP and GLP work practices and documentation protocol training, ensuring MSS field technicians are highly trained service professionals capable of operating in the most highly regulated environments. Technician training records are documented and maintained in accordance with ISO guidelines and are available for customer review.


All MSS company testing and certification procedures performed by MSS technicians are documented in MSS's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Company testing and certification SOPs are designed in accordance with national and international industry standards governing testing and certification of controlled environments including those by ISO, NSF, OSHA, ANSI, IEST, ASHRAE, CETA, cGMPs, USP <1116> and CFR 210 & 211. MSS continuously monitors industry and governmental standards and makes necessary revisions to company SOPs to ensure continuous compliance.


At MSS the only way we do business is openly and forthrightly. When you do business with us there are no hidden costs or expenses. Our field personnel is compensated by salary only, no commissions are paid on quantity of units tested or parts sold, so our customers can be assured that their equipment is being properly certified and that any repair recommendations are being made on a honest technical basis only.
